What is "craft espresso"?
Craft coffee refers to high quality coffee beans that have been specially grown, harvested, roasted and packaged to maintain high quality standards and maximum freshness.
“Craft” not only refers to the coffee itself, but includes all of the aspects, activities, techniques and experience that surrounds that great cup of coffee.

Are your capsules available year round?
How often do you release new featured espresso blends?
We only feature one limited blend at a time. Therefore, we will release a new featured espresso blend capsule as soon as we sell out of the current featured blend. Limited capsules are extremely limited in production and and there for our supply will only last 3 to 6 weeks. If you come across a limited blend that you love, we recommend buying some additional capsules while they’re still available.
Will your capsules work with my machine?
Our capsules are 100% compatible in all Nespresso OriginalLine machines. Unfortunately, our capsules are not for use in Nespresso VirtuoLine machines. Not sure which machine you have? Contact us for help.
Can I buy Zebra Coffee in stores?

Do Zebra Coffee Capsules expire?
While our capsules don’t expire, we recommend consumption within 12 months to ensure maximum freshness.
Are your capsules recyclable?
Our capsules are 100% recyclable.
What are the capsules made of? Are they safe?
Our coffee capsules are made of Polypropylene, a BPA free food safe plastic, and the aluminum lids are printed with food safe ink.
Ordering & Subscriptions
Can I cancel my subscription if I'm not happy?
Yes, you can cancel or pause your monthly subscription at anytime by visiting your subscription dashboard. For gift subscriptions, we will continue to send you capsules until your pre-paid subscription period ends.
When will I receive my subscription order?
Subscriptions are mailed out on the monthly anniversary of your order date. If you order on the 12th of the month, your orders will continue to ship on or around the 12th of every month thereafter, unless paused or canceled.
When will I be billed for my subscription?
Subscription payments are also billed on the monthly anniversary of your order date. You will be billed the day before your order ships.
Can I mix and match capsules in my subscription?
Yes, you can select any assortment of capsules in your subscription, in quantities of 10.
Can I modify the capsules I selected as part of my subscription?
Absolutely, just contact us and we’ll be happy to help modify your subscription preferences.
Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
Standard flat rate shipping is available for all orders for $5. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Subscription orders also include free shipping. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed Mon – Fri and we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours from the time you place your order. Shipping times vary by region but most orders should arrive within 4 days of ordering. You can check your order status by visiting the Track My Order page.
Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
Absolutely, all of our products are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love our coffee, you may return it for a full refund less original shipping fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning your order as we’d love to make it right!
